Starbucks Holiday Menu 2026

The Starbucks holiday menu 2026 launches on Thursday, November 5, 2026 at participating US stores. This year’s lineup adds the new Tiramisu Velvet Latte, Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew and Apple Pomegranate Refresher, and brings back the Peppermint Mocha, Caramel BrulĂ©e Latte, Sugar Cookie Latte and Gingerbread Chai. New holiday food includes the Bearista Cake Pop and a Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese.

Below you’ll find the full drink and food lineup, what each new drink is made with, the Red Cup Day outlook, the holiday merchandise drops, and how long the menu usually stays in stores.

When Does the Starbucks Holiday Menu Start in 2026?

Starbucks confirmed that its holiday drinks, food and merchandise arrive on November 5, 2026. The launch keeps the company’s recent pattern of opening the holiday season on the first Thursday of November, roughly ten weeks after the fall menu and Pumpkin Spice Latte return.

New: Tiramisu Velvet Latte and Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew

The headline launch for 2026 is a two-drink Tiramisu Velvet lineup inspired by the Italian dessert. The Tiramisu Velvet Latte comes hot or iced, while the Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew is iced only. Both are finished with a velvet mascarpone cold foam and a dusting of cocoa and coffee, so the topping does most of the “tiramisu” work. If you usually drink cold brew black, the cold brew version is the lighter way to try the flavor.

New: Apple Pomegranate Refresher and Snowy Apple

The Apple Pomegranate Refresher is the only new non-coffee holiday drink. It pairs crisp apple flavor with popping pomegranate-flavored pearls. The Snowy Apple is the same drink made with coconut milk for a creamier, pastel-colored version, much like how the Pink Drink relates to the Strawberry Açaí Refresher.

Which Holiday Drinks Are Not on the 2026 Menu?

The Chestnut Praline Latte and Eggnog Latte, both part of the 2025 holiday season, are not in the November 5 announcement. That does not necessarily mean they are gone for good: in 2025 both drinks arrived later, on December 2, as a second holiday wave. Check the Starbucks app in early December before giving up on them.

Red Cup Day 2026

Starbucks has confirmed that Red Cup Day will return in 2026, but it has not announced the date yet. On Red Cup Day, customers get a free, collectible reusable holiday cup when they buy any handcrafted holiday beverage, at participating stores while supplies last.

In both 2024 and 2025, Red Cup Day fell exactly one week after the holiday menu launch, on a Thursday. If Starbucks follows the same pattern, Red Cup Day 2026 would land on Thursday, November 12, but treat that date as a prediction until Starbucks confirms it. Cups go fast, so arriving early in the day gives you the best chance.

Starbucks Holiday Merchandise 2026

  • Holiday Bearista collection (Nov. 5) – Bearista-themed drinkware, a plush keychain and matching accessories.
  • Holiday Village collection (Nov. 5) – keepsakes inspired by the original Pike Place Market store in Seattle.
  • Peppermint Mocha collection (Nov. 5) – retro-style cold cups, tumblers and espresso cups.
  • Winter Wonderland collection (Nov. 17) – cool-toned drinkware with wintry textures.
  • Bearista Glass Cold Cup – returning this season, with the release date still to be announced.

How Long Does the Starbucks Holiday Menu Last?

The holiday menu usually runs from early November into the first week of January. Last season, the holiday lineup gave way to the winter menu on January 6, 2026. Individual items can sell out sooner, especially merchandise, cake pops and limited syrups, so popular drinks may disappear at some stores before the official switch.

Tips for Ordering Starbucks Holiday Drinks

  1. Order ahead in the Starbucks app. Launch week and Red Cup Day bring long lines, and the app shows exactly which holiday items your store has in stock.
  2. Make it lighter. Ask for nonfat or almond milk, fewer pumps of syrup, or no whipped cream to cut calories and sugar.
  3. Try a different form. Most returning holiday flavors work hot, iced or as a Frappuccino, so you can enjoy them even on a warm November day.
  4. Mix flavors. A pump of peppermint in a Tiramisu Velvet Latte or a White Chocolate Mocha is an easy custom holiday drink.
