Starbucks Refreshers Menu: Flavors, Prices & Caffeine
Starbucks Refreshers are fruit drinks made with green coffee extract. Each flavor comes with water, lemonade or coconutmilk, and since April 2026 you can order any of them as a higher-caffeine Energy Refresher or fully caffeine-free.
Starbucks Refreshers are iced fruit beverages hand-shaken with ice and real fruit pieces. They get their caffeine from green coffee extract, made from unroasted coffee beans, so they give a light energy boost without tasting like coffee. A Grande classic Refresher costs about $5.93 and has 90 to 150 calories depending on the flavor and base.
How Starbucks Refreshers Work
Every Refresher starts with a fruit base and one of three liquids. The coconutmilk versions have their own names, which is why the Pink Drink and the Strawberry Açaà Refresher share the same base.
| Flavor base | With water | With lemonade | With coconutmilk |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strawberry Açaà | Strawberry Açaà Refresher | Strawberry Açaà Lemonade | Pink Drink |
| Mango Dragonfruit | Mango Dragonfruit Refresher | Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade | Dragon Drink |
| Blackberry Sage | Blackberry Sage Refresher | Blackberry Sage Lemonade | Midnight Drink |
| Mango Strawberry (new 2026) | Mango Strawberry Refresher | Mango Strawberry Lemonade | Mango Dream |
Classic, Energy or Caffeine-Free?
Since April 7, 2026, Starbucks lets you choose how much caffeine your Refresher has:
| Version | Caffeine | What changes |
|---|---|---|
| Classic Refresher | Light (about 45ā55 mg in a Grande, based on published estimates) | Original recipe, now with B vitamins |
| Energy Refresher | 125 mg in a Grande (Starbucks) | Extra caffeine from natural sources and B vitamins, available in any flavor |
| Caffeine-free | None | Same flavors without the green coffee extract |
